Make sure that you follow safety procedures by wearing gloves and always pouring the acid into the water and never the other way around (this actually goes for anything involving water and acid in a mix). Once the solution is mixed, start to apply it lightly on the surface of the concrete.

The acid is quite strong and it has high etching properties to take it slowly to avoid marring your stone. The solution will soon start to bubble. Wait until this bubbling stops and then scrub it off with a nylon brush. When the stain is removed, rinse the area thoroughly until it is really clean. Removing old paint
